Legea nr. 458/2002 privind calitatea apei potabile, act normativ ce reglementeaza calitatea apei potabile, avand ca obiectiv protectia sanatatii oamenilor impotriva efectelor oricarui tip de contaminare a apei potabile prin asigurarea calitatii ei de apa curata si sanogena a fost republicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, motivul republicarii fiind dat de art. II din Legea nr. 182/2011 privind aprobarea Ordonantei Guvernului nr. 1/2011 pentru modificarea si completarea Legii nr. 458/2002 privind calitatea apei potabile.

Legea 458/2002 contine prevederi detaliate privind conditiile de calitate a apei, monitorizarea calitatii apei potabile, masuri de remediere si restrictii in utilizare, derogari, asigurarea calitatii tehnologiilor de tratare, echipamentelor, substantelor si materialelor care vin in contact cu apa potabila, informarea si raportarea, contraventii si infractiuni, precum si o serie de dispozitii tranzitorii si finale.

COMMUNIQUE

 

Law no. 458/2002 on drinking water quality, bill that regulates the drinking water quality, aimed at protecting human health against the effects of any type of contamination of drinking water by providing clean water was republished in the Official Gazette, the reason given republication of art. II of Law. 182/2011 approving Government Ordinance no. 1 / 2011 amending and supplementing Law no. 458/2002 on drinking water quality.

Law 458/2002 contains detailed provisions on the conditions of water quality, water quality monitoring, remedial measures and use restrictions, exceptions, quality assurance of processes, equipment, substances and materials in contact with drinking water, information and reporting offenses and crimes, and a series of transitional and final provisions.
