In aceasta perioada au aparut o serie de reglementari legislative:

- Legea nr. 62 din 10.05.2011 (Monitorul Oficial, Partea I, nr. 322 din 10.05.2011) – Legea dialogului social.

- Ordonanta de urgenta nr. 44 din 29.04.2011 (Monitorul Oficial, Partea I, nr. 333 din 13.05.2011) – privind masuri economico-financiare la nivelul unor operatori economici.

COMMUNIQUE

Over this period appeared some new legislative regulations:

- Law no. 62 from 10.05.2011 (Official Gazette, Part I, no. 322 from 10.05.2011) – Law of the social dialogue.

- GEO no. 44 from 29.04.2011 (Official Gazette, Part I, no. 333 from 13.05.2011) – on economical-financial measures at the level of some economic operators.
