Vineri 05 octombrie 2012 la sediul ARA din Bucuresti va avea loc o reuniune bilaterala romano-bulgara cu tema: “Lectii invatate in restructurarea sectorului de apa”. Actiunea are loc in contextul revizuirii legislatiei care reglementeaza sectorul serviciilor de apa si canalizare din cele 2 tari, intrate la aceeasi data in Uniunea Europeana.

Delegatia din tara vecina este condusa de Presedintele Asociatiei Bulgare a Apei si are in componenta 2 secretari de stat si 2 presedinti de comisii din Parlamentul Bulgar.

Cu aceasta ocazie se va realiza o informare reciproca privind schimbarile legislative, progresul realizat in procesul de regionalizare a operatorilor de apa si in implementarea proiectelor de investitii finantate prin POS Mediu.

COMMUNIQUE

Friday, 5 October 2012 at ARA HQ in Bucharest will be held a Romanian-Bulgarian bilateral meeting on "Lessons learned in restructuring the water sector." The action takes place in the context of the review of legislation governing water and sanitation services sector in the two countries that entered EU in the same time.

The delegation from the neighboring country is lead by the President of the Bulgarian Water Association and includes two secretaries of state and 2 presidents of committees of the Bulgarian Parliament.

On this occasion there will be mutual information on legislative changes, progress made in the process of regionalization of the water operators and in implementing investment projects financed by the SOP Environment.
