A fost publicata in Monitorul Oficial, Partea I nr. 818 din 19/11/2011, Ordonanta de urgenta nr. 96 din 16/11/2011 (document atasat), cu privire la rectificarea bugetului de stat pe anul 2011, care la articolul 29 prevede urmatoarele:

"Art. 29. - (1) Unitatile administrativ-teritoriale beneficiare ale proiectelor ISPA in sectorul de apa transmit Ministerului Finantelor Publice, in termen de 5 zile lucratoare de la primirea facturii si a documentelor justificative de la operatorii economici de apa, o copie a procesului-verbal de receptie a investitiei si solicitarea de plata a taxei pe valoarea adaugata aferente investitiilor in bunuri de natura domeniului public in cadrul masurii ex-ISPA.

(2) In termen de maximum 5 zile lucratoare de la primirea sumelor necesare platii taxei pe valoarea adaugata, unitatile administrativ-teritoriale efectueaza plata catre operatorul economic de apa."

COMMUNIQUE

It was published in the Official Gazette, part I, no. 818 from 19/11/2011, the Emergency Ordinance No. 96 of 16/11/2011 (document attached), concerning the adjustment of the State budget for 2011, which in article 29 provides as follows:

"Art. 29. "(1) the territorial administrative units beneficiary of ISPA projects in the water sector send to the Ministry of Public Finance, within 5 working days of receiving the invoice and supporting documents from the water operators, a copy of the minutes of reception of the investment and request for payment of the valued added tax related to the investments in property nature of public domain under the measure ex ISPA.

(2) Within a maximum 5 working days of receiving amounts required for the payment of the valued added tax, the territorial administrative units make the payment to the water operator. "
