A fost publicata in Monitorul Oficial 871 din 27 decembrie 2010, Hotararea Guvernului nr. 1326 din 23 decembrie 2010 privind repartizarea pe proiecte a sumelor defalcate din taxa pe valoarea adaugata pentru finantarea Programului de dezvoltare a infrastructurii si a unor baze sportive din spatiul rural.
