Fundaţia Centrul de Formare si Perfecţionare Profesionala in Domeniul Apei (C.F.P.P.D.A.), cu sprijinul Companiei de Apa Sibiu, organizeaza la sediul companiei, seminarul dedicat celor mai actuale subiecte din domeniul resurselor umane, in perioada 28-30 martie 2012.

La aceasta reuniune sunt asteptaţi sa participe atat membrii Comisiei Resurse Umane, cat si specialisti din aceste compartimente specializate.

Agenda generala propusa este urmatoarea:

v  Introducerea sporurilor in salariu – etape, implicari.

v  Implicatiile si aplicarea OUG nr. 109 din 30.11.2011 privind guvernanta corporatista a intreprinderilor publice.

v  Evaluarea performantelor salariatilor.

v  Legea 62/2011- inadvertente si modalitati de incheiere CCM la nivel de unitate.

v  Control intern managerial – legislatie, implicatii la nivelul companiilor de apa.

COMMUNIQUE

The Water Training Foundation (C.F.P.P.D.A.) organizes with the support of the Water Company Sibiu a seminar dedicated to the most actual topics in the field of human resources, at the company HQ, in 28-30 March 2012.

At this reunion are expected to attend both members of the Human Resources Working Group and specialists from these specialized departments.

The proposed agenda comprises:

v  Introduction of additional in the salaries – stages, implications.

v  The implications and application of GEO no. 109 from 30.11.2011 on corporate governance of public enterprises.

v  Employee performance evaluation.

v  Law 62/2011 – inconsistencies and possibilities to have a Collective Labor Contract at company level.

v  Internal managerial control – legislation, implications for the water companies.
